Currently, I proudly serve as the Head of the Institute at the esteemed School of Management, DYPU-Pune. My career took root in the illustrious setting of Tata Steel's Jamshedpur works division, where I spent nine years cultivating invaluable industry experience. Transitioning into academia, I embarked on a fulfilling tenure at Lovely Professional University, Punjab, where I not only served as an Assistant Professor but also spearheaded the Training & Consultancy cell. My academic voyage further flourished through engagements with prestigious institutions such as NIIT University in NCR, PES University in Bangalore, and PIBM in Pune, each role adding layers of depth to my professional repertoire. At PIBM, I held the esteemed position of Professor and Deputy Director-Academics and Research, steering a dedicated team of 60 faculty members and nurturing the growth of approximately 1600 students. In addition to my institutional roles, I've extended my expertise beyond the confines of a single institution, serving as visiting faculty at Maharshi Dayanand University and contributing as Consulting Academic Director at VSSR Global. Through this rich tapestry of experiences, I've not only amassed knowledge but also cultivated a holistic perspective that I eagerly bring to every facet of my work.

experience, Prof. Charawande is well-positioned to deliver impactful

science and information technology. From 2011 to 2013, he delivered
lectures at Shri Savitribai Phule Polytechnic (MIT SSPP), focusing on
topics such as computer hardware, networking, motherboard architecture,
and Windows 2003 Server installation. In 2018-2019, he served as a
visiting faculty member at MIT College of Management (MITCOM), where he

Charawande has been contributing to MIT School of Indian Civil Services
