We are proud to announce that Mrigaank Sahoo, a 3rd-year Bachelor of Design student specializing in Product Design, has been awarded Runner-up in the Poster Presentation at Research Scholar Day.
His project, focused on the wheelbarrow, showcased outstanding innovation and problem-solving skills under the mentorship of Prof. Prajeesh Kumar. The award was presented by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Sayalee Gankar madam in recognition of his dedication and creative approach.

The DY Patil University School of Design students have enthusiastically participated in the IYOUNG Design Challenge-3 competition, showcasing their dedication and talent on an international platform. The competition witnessed active participation from students across various disciplines within the School of Design. A diverse group of students, ranging from different academic years and design specializations, eagerly joined the competition, reflecting the inclusive nature of the event.

We are proud to share that Ankitā Pātil, a student from B. Des (Graphic Design) has been recognized at UCTC (Universal Classics T-shirts Co.) for her outstanding performance during her internship as a graphic designer.

The book, शाहू छत्रपतींचे राज्यारोहण (Shāhuchattrapatinche Rājyārohan) was edited by award winner blogger Mr. Yashodhan Joshi. The book cover was done in the contemporary victorian design style of 1890s.
The book was published during the prestigious Pune Book Festival 2024. Dr. Sadānand More (Head of the Philosophy Department of Pune University) was the guest of honour. The book was published by Krushnā Publishers (Pune).
