Principal

Prof. Dr. Sunil L. Harer is currently the Principal at D Y Patil University's School of Pharmacy, Pune, with 18 years of academic and administrative experience at the graduate, postgraduate, and doctoral research levels. He has published around 18 research papers in national and international journals, authored three book chapters, and has three patents and designs to his credit. A life member of several professional bodies, he has been conferred with three national and international awards for research and academic excellence. His expertise includes drug designing, API and impurity synthesis, enzyme inhibition studies, analytical method development, formulations, development, and biological activities screening in various animal models.

Head of the Department

Dr. (Mrs.) Priyanka S. Harer serves as the Associate Professor at D Y Patil University's School of Pharmacy, Pune. She brings 15 years of academic and research experience, with a focus on the formulation and development of nanoformulations and nanopharmaceuticals. Her work has garnered her two national, two international, and one regional award, and she has managed a DST-funded research project.
