Brief :

I am an expert in Hotel Operation and Management Department .I am currently a full time faculty in the area of Food and Beverage Production & Service Subject & Hotel Operation Subjects at DY Patil University Pune Ambi.I have completed Masters in the area of Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Savitribai Phule University of Pune Maharashtra and a Bachelors B. Tech in the Hotel Management and Catering Technology area of Hotel Operation from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University Maharashtra. I am also to credit professional certifications in the areas Food Production Principles from American Hotel & Lodging Education Institute (AHLEI) and International Accredited Diploma in Nutrition grade distinction with CDP activities. I have a prior academic experience in the capacity of head of the department in various activities and industry experience in Hotel Sector in various capacities such as Monitoring & handling the operations area.
