Programme Structure :

Programme structure is designed in Industry Academia Advisory Board (IAB) to ensure the expectation of hospitality industry by bringing industry standards in academics in order to bridge gap between industry and academics. Programme structure at BBA for undergraduate degree is designed with a wide variety of courses in composing the Hospitality & Facilities subjects. Programme is designed with the objectives with required experimentation and innovation in the field of Hospitality & Facilities Management. Programme strengthens the students for accepting multidisciplinary approach for sustainable and life-long learning and transforms the student to become globally competent professional through training and internship. Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) is introduced for the programme. Total number of credits required for the award of degree is 120 credits.

School of Management has designed the pedagogy with comprehensive practical components to have a thorough grounding in the art and science of practical learning. Programme curriculum is delivered by academic experts, professionals from industry and behavioural trainer. Programme Delivery is largely based on this principle and is a mix of many learning methodologies. SOM is taking conscious effort to make session interactive using case studies and references of latest developments in the field of hospitality and facilities. The individual must have the opportunity to see the skills, processes and ingredients in action, and to practice them.

Eligibility:

The Candidate should have passed Class XII (10+2) OR its equivalent examination in any stream (Arts/Science/ Commerce/ Humanities/ MCVC) with English as one of the subject in HSC and having 45 % aggregate Marks (40% for Backward Class Candidates belonging to Maharashtra State Only).

Selection Process:

Student should qualify written Exam and Personal Interview(PI) conducted by DYPU.
