    • Conducted National level QIP for teaching faculty, sponsored and funded by Council of Architecture and AICTE, in December 2001. (Rs. 90,000/-)

    • Started collection of raw data on Climate, Materials, Resources and Systems.

    • Started Analysis and Evaluation of above, including synthesizing the same in to Building Proto type Designs that are responsive to a Particular Environment.

    • Participated in Seminar organized by MEDA for Practicing Architects, as a resource person in June-04, on Solar Passive Architecture.

    • MEDA recognizes our Training Manual as a reference book.

    • MEDA also recognizes us as “persons working on Energy Efficient Buildings”.

    • Compilation of various Training Manuals, on different Environmental factors affecting Comfort Conditions, was completed.

    • We have initiated a Research Project namely “Investigation of Cooling Rate due to Vegetation Cover in Urban Areas”, wherein students and faculty will participate.

    • A Workshop for Final Year students of Architecture from all colleges in Pune was organized in Aug. 2004. 50 Nos of students attended.

    • A Workshop for Post Graduate Students of Architecture and Teaching Faculty from all colleges in Pune and Mumbai was organized, in Sept. 2004.

    • A workshop was conducted for P.W.D. Amravati Region, in Oct. 2004. More than 200 engineers attended

    • 1. A Workshop for Principals and Heads of the Institutions of Architecture for Maharashtra Region on “Inclusion of Seismic Design” in Architectural Curriculum was conducted under the sponsorship of COA and Min. of Home Affairs, Govt. of India. Jan 05. (Rs. 97,500/-)

    • 2. We were awarded the job of redesigning Govt. College of Pharmacy at Amravati, by Chief Engineer P.W.D. on Solar Passive Design Principles The design is complete. Construction has started and a Detailed Project Report is being prepared. (Project Cost Rs. 5 Crore)

    • 3. We were awarded the job of redesigning, I.T.I. Building at Manora by Chief Engineer P.W.D; on Solar Passive Design Principles, Design is complete. Construction has started and a Detailed Project Report is being prepared.(Project Cost Rs. 96 Lakhs.)

    • 4. Conducted National level Quality Improvement Programme for teaching faculty from architectural colleges, sponsored and funded by National Institute for Advanced Studies in Architecture (NIASA) was conducted from 27th October to 2nd November.

    • 5. A workshop on Solar Passive Architecture at Science and Technology Park, University of Pune, sponsored by Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India, was conducted on 11th November 2005.

    • Year 2006

    • Conducted a Two days workshop on Solar Passive Architecture (SolArch-06), organized by Institution of Engineers (India), on 21st and 22nd January 2006.

    • Conducted a Training Programme for 60 senior Architectural students,organized with sponsorship from MEDA, IIA &IE(I) on 3rd,4th,&5th Feb,2006 in Pune

    • Participated as a resource person in National Seminar on non-conventional Energy organized by an NGO – Sarathi at Nagpur on 18th February 2006

    • Participated as a resource person in one day workshop on Design of Green Buildings organized by Dnyandeep Education and Research Foundation at Kolhapur on 14th May 2006
